Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    yellow squash, sliced
    purple onion, chopped
    1 lb. box Velveeta, sliced
    Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion until tender.
    Drain well and layer with Velveeta.
    Place crackers and margarine on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted (30 minutes).
