Brooklyn Beer Cheese Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Brooklyn lager
4 c. (1 lb.) freshly grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a deep bowl, crush the garlic with back of a spoon.
Beat in the Worcestershire, hot pepper sauce, mustard and salt.
Stirring constantly, pour in the beer in a slow stream.
Beat in the cheese, 1 cup at a time, until the mix is smooth.
Pack the cheese into a 2-cup mold or crock.
Cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 to 48 hours before serving.
Serve with crackers and more Brooklyn lager.
