Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices white bread
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Tear up slices of bread and place in greased baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
Brown and drain sausage.
Spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
