Fat-Free Pasta Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. sliced onions
    1/2 c. sliced red/green pepper
    1/2 c. green beans, cut in 1/2-inch diagonal pieces
    1 Tbsp. sliced fresh basil
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 rounded Tbsp. flour
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated skimmed milk
    your favorite pasta
Preparation
    Spray frying pan with Pam.
    Saute first 5 ingredients 4 to 5 minutes and remove from heat.
    Meanwhile, spread flour in another large skillet.
    Add can of evaporated skim milk and stir.
    Do not boil as milk will separate.
    Add salt, pepper and fresh basil. When liquid reaches a nice sauce consistency, add sauteed vegetables and serve over hot cooked pasta.
    Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese.
    Serves 4.
