Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients, except seed.
    Whisk oil, milk, eggs and extract until smooth.
    Add dry ingredients and stir until evenly moist.
    Don't overstir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in large tins or 20 minutes in small tins.
    Always use paper liners.
