Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn meal
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 small onion, chopped
3/4 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Mix and shape into small balls and drop into hot fat. Cook until done.
