Russian Tea Cakes(Like Wedding Cookies) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft butter or 2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix butter, corn syrup and vanilla well.
Stir in flour and salt.
Add chopped nuts.
Mix all ingredients real well.
Chill dough.
Roll into small balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until set but do not burn, then reduce temperature to 225\u00b0 and bake 20 to 30 minutes longer.
