Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening or lard
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into bowl.
Cut in shortening.
Add sweet potatoes and roll into biscuits.
Cook at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Can be frozen before cooked.
