Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
dash of salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients; cook over medium gas flame, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Continue cooking without stirring until small amount forms a soft ball in cold water (234\u00b0).
Turn off flame.
Stir in 2 tablespoons butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Cool without stirring.
When cool, beat until creamy.
Stir in nuts.
Pour in pan and cut into squares.
