Ingredients

1/3 c. plus 2 tsp. butter milk Bisquick
1 egg
2 Tbsp. skim milk
dash of cinnamon
1/2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries (blueberries may be used)
2 tsp. whipped butter
Preparation

In blender, combine Bisquick, butter, egg, milk and cinnamon. Process until smooth.
Stir in strawberries.
Spray a nonstick skillet with Pam and heat over medium heat.
Yields 3 pancakes.
