Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    1 egg
    dash of salt
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast in water.
    Add sugar, oil, egg, salt and flour.
    Mix well until blended and put into refrigerator.
    Let rise 3 hours. When ready to eat, place by spoonfuls into well-greased muffin tins.
    Don't punch down.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Will last in refrigerator about 1 week.
