Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Form a sweet potato ball around a large marshmallow.
Roll each ball in crushed corn flakes.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven until marshmallows begin to ooze.
