Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. scalded milk
Preparation

Stir well the first 5 ingredients.
Add to scalded milk and stir well.
Pour into 9-inch pastry lined pan.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Turn oven down to 325\u00b0 and bake for 25 minutes.
Test with knife.
