Chicken With Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
3 chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
1/2 c. mayonnaise, divided
4 Tbsp. margarine, divided
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Place the bread crumbs in a shallow dish; set aside.
Brush the chicken pieces with 1/4 cup of the mayonnaise.
Dip in the bread crumbs to coat.
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of the margarine over medium heat; add the chicken and cook for 15 minutes, turning occasionally, or until golden and done. Remove to a serving platter and keep warm.
