Beef And Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
    46 oz. water
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    2 onions, chopped
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Drain in colander to remove fat.
    In large pot add tomato juice, water, Ro-Tel, cabbage, onions and ground beef.
    Bring to a boil and add bouillon cubes.
    Lower heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Season to taste.
