Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced fresh peaches
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. blueberries (optional)
Preparation

Mix peaches with 1 cup sugar.
Let stand.
Put butter in a 2-quart casserole and place in the oven to melt.
Combine remaining sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk.
Pour over melted butter.
Do not stir!
Spoon peaches on top of batter. Sprinkle blueberries over all.
Do not stir!
Put in oven.
