Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. container sour cream
    1 stick margarine, melted
    8 oz. grated cheese (Colby or Cheddar)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Top with crushed potato chips. Bake in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
