Hot Pasta Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1/2 c. white wine
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 shallots, minced
    2 plum tomatoes, diced
    3 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1/2 c. nonfat yogurt
    8 oz. box angel hair or fettucine pasta
Preparation
    Cook chicken and cut in julienne strips.
    Saute mushrooms and shallots a few minutes.
    Add tomatoes, parsley, chicken, wine and yogurt.
    Serve over pasta.
