Rhubarb(One Crust Pie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs, separated
1/8 tsp. salt
3 c. peeled and cut 1/2-inch rhubarb
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, egg yolks and salt.
Add rhubarb. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of flour over bottom of crust.
Pour in rhubarb mixture.
Bake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes. Then turn to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add 4 tablespoons of sugar and beat again. Put over pie when done and brown at 325\u00b0.
