Turkey Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    turkey leftovers
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. tomatoes (stewed)
    2 c. potatoes, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Debone leftover turkey and cut into small pieces.
    Pour water into pot.
    Add all ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Add more water, if needed.
