Fresh Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peaches
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Spray with pan or grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Let stand for 15 minutes.
    Put in a casserole.
    Cover with pie crust and sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes (approximately).
