Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced apples
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 c. seedless grapes, halved
1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
Preparation

Blend cottage cheese and dry milk until smooth and chill to thicken.
Mix apples and lemon juice.
Add celery, walnuts and grapes.
Stir in thickened cottage cheese mixture and serve. Makes 4 servings.
