Cheese "Croutons" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. bite size shredded wheat biscuits
Preparation
    Melt butter over low heat in medium skillet.
    Add shredded wheat biscuits.
    Heat for 5 minutes, constantly turning biscuits with a spoon.
    Remove from heat.
    Add the cheese, tossing gently to coat.
    Serve warm or cool, floating on soups, tossed with a green salad or use as nibblers.
    Store in tightly covered jar in refrigerator.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
