Apricot Raisin Pie With Crumb Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can apricots
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. apricot juice
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Take all except apricots and cook until mixture thickens, stirring occasionally.
Add drained apricots and pour in pastry lined pan.
Put sweet crumbs on top and bake at 425\u00b0 until crust is brown.
