Garden Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. overripe garden tomatoes
    2 diced garden garlic cloves
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    4 large garden fresh jalapeno peppers, diced
    1 Tbsp. green top goya adobo
    1 large garden onion, diced
Preparation
    Drop tomatoes in boiling water for 5 seconds.
    Remove and peel skin off.
    Crush and place tomatoes in pot and boil.
    Add peppers, garlic, onion and adobo.
    Sift flour over boiling tomatoes while stirring, until thick.
    Add salt to taste, then allow to cool.
