Kielbasa In A Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. kielbasa
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. sauerkraut
    1/2 onion
    1 small apple, sliced
    3 c. potatoes, cubed
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut kielbasa into 2-inch pieces and place in crock-pot.
    Rinse sauerkraut and place over meat.
    Sprinkle with pepper; add bay leaf and apples.
    Saute onions in margarine and pour over apple layer.
    Stir in 1/2 cup water.
    Place potatoes over the mixture; pour additional melted margarine over potatoes.
    Cover and cook on high for 5 hours.
