Peppered Pork - cooking recipe

2 lb. pork tenderloin
1 Tbsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 c. white wine
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
2 tsp. country-style Dijon mustard
Preparation

Roll pork in pepper to coat.
Place in flameproof roasting pan.
Roast in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until cooked through and internal temperature registers 160\u00b0 on instant red thermometer.
