Upside-Down Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Blend first 3 ingredients together and pour into roasting pan. Combine and mix remaining ingredients together thoroughly.
    Press into pan over ketchup-sugar mixture.
    After baked, turn out upside down onto platter, slice and serve.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
