Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. French vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers
1 (16 oz.) milk chocolate flavored Creamy Deluxe Frosting
Preparation

Line bottom of container (10 x 13-inch) with graham crackers. Mix milk with pudding and beat until set.
Fold Cool Whip into the pudding mixture.
Pour 1/2 of mixture over graham crackers.
Add another layer of graham crackers and rest of pudding mixture.
Top with one more layer of graham crackers, covering pudding mixture completely.
Refrigerate overnight.
Next day, spread milk chocolate icing over graham crackers.
