Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. ground unpeeled zucchini
    4 c. ground onions
    4 or 5 ground green peppers
    5 Tbsp. salt
    6 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. ground mustard
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. turmeric
    2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together.
    Let stand overnight in refrigerator; drain.
    Mix remaining ingredients together.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add vegetable mixture and simmer 30 minutes.
    Pack into hot, sterilized pint jars.
    Seal.
    Yields 6 pints.
    Excellent to use wherever sweet pickle relish is used.
