Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    3 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice, strained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    You will need pastry for a 9-inch pie and pricked so it won't puff.
    Bake until light brown, set aside to cool.
    Reduce oven to 375\u00b0.
