Skillet Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) jar crunchy peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    If
    you
    have
    an electric skillet set control at 280\u00b0. If using regular skillet combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Bring
    mixture
    to\ta
    boil.
    Boil\t5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Turn
    off
    heat.
    Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla;
    stir
    until
    marshmallows and peanut butter are melted and
    blended.
    Pour into a buttered 8-inch square pan. Cool.
    Cut into squares.
    About 2 pounds.
