1 egg
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. quick-cooking or regular oats
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
margarine
Preparation

Beat egg with hand beater in medium bowl until fluffy.
Beat in remaining ingredients except margarine until smooth.
For thinner pancakes, stir in additional tablespoon of milk.
Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat.
Grease griddle with margarine if necessary.
