Cheesecake Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 box vanilla wafers
    pie filling of choice
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and sugar together.
    Place one wafer in bottom of foil cupcake wraps.
    Fill 3/4 full with mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool and top with filling of choice.
