Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. rice
3 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/3 c. onions
2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 small can mushrooms
Preparation
-
Boil 1 cup of
water; add rice and set aside.
Brown mushrooms; add butter, onions and egg (scramble all).
Add rice to mixture and brown.
Add 1/3 cup water and soy sauce.
Heat 5 minutes.
