Peanut Butter Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. peanut butter
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt in a medium pot.
    Add peanut butter and mix until crumbly.
    Beat egg with a fork.
    Put egg and milk in the pot, cook and stir over medium heat until mixture gets thick; then cook and stir 1 minute longer.
    Stir in vanilla. Chill before serving.
