Pecan Pie #3 - cooking recipe

1 c. dark Karo syrup
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
2 Tbsp. flour (if needed)
1 c. shelled pecans
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
pinch of salt (1/4 tsp.)
Preparation

Beat eggs with whisk (or fork, no beater). Melt butter (I put butter in Pyrex measuring cup and microwave until melted.) Combine sugar, flour and syrup and whisk until smooth. Add melted butter and beaten eggs to the syrup mixture; mix well, then pour into unbaked pie pastry shell and pour on pecans, without stirring. Place in preheated 350\u00b0 oven and bake 45 to 50 minutes (to test, insert knife and when it comes out clean, it is done and pastry is slightly brown).
