Crunchy Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    2 c. water
    2 to 3 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    3/4 c. dry milk
    2 tsp. dijon mustard
    2 large onions
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut onions into 1/2 inch slices, separate into rings and coat with egg then with bread crumbs.
    Place on buttered baking sheets. Broil 4 in. from heat 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.
