Carrots Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. fine saltine cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    dash of pepper
    3 c. sliced carrots
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter; toss with crumbs, Parmesan cheese and pepper, set aside.
    Cook carrots, green pepper and onion in salted water until tender; drain.
    Stir in remaining butter.
    Top with the crumbs.
    Serves 6.
