Tuna Loaf With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, flaked
    1 c. crushed potato chips
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    2 tsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. minced pimento
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. thick white sauce
    6 small potatoes
    6 small carrots
    6 medium onions
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine tuna, potato chips, drained mushrooms, onion, pimento, lemon juice, pepper, egg and white sauce.
    Blend and pack in an oiled mold.
    Cover mold and place in the bottom of deep-well kettle.
    Arrange vegetables around mold.
    Add water and cover kettle.
    Turn switch to high heat and when steaming freely, turn to low heat and simmer for 45 minutes or until vegetables are done.
    Serves 6.
