Pineapple-Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, cubed (smoke on grill for great flavor!)
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (reserve juice)
    1 (1 oz.) pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch original Ranch dressing mix
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine cooked chicken, celery and pineapple.
    Separately, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise with dressing mix and 1/4 cup reserved pineapple juice.
    Add to chicken mixture and toss to coat.
    Great cool dinner on a hot summer day!
    Serves 4 to 6.
