Quail With Grapes And Almonds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 quail
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. flour
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 c. chicken stock
    1 c. small white grapes
    4 Tbsp. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Salt and pepper quail; roll in flour.
    Saute in butter until browned.
    Add wine and stock.
    Simmer 15 minutes, turning several times.
    Add grapes and heat just until the grapes are warmed. Place quail on a hot plate; spoon sauce over.
    Arrange grapes around quail.
    Sprinkle with almonds that have been browned in a little butter.
