Mexican Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refried beans
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 to 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
    sliced black olives
    chopped green onions
    chopped fresh tomato
    chopped fresh avocado
    grated Cheddar cheese
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Spread beans thinly on a large, flat dish (about 14 to 16 inches).
    These are available in vegetarian style if you like. Next, mix sour cream with mayonnaise and seasoning.
    Spread this like a frosting over the beans.
    Now comes the artistic part. Make the top of the plate into a target by creating circles of the following:
    center olives, perhaps five or six across, next onions, then tomato and finally avocado.
    I've found that it's nice to make a final outer ring of black olive slices that's only one slice deep.
    This usually uses up the whole can.
