Momma'S Chili And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can chopped green chiles
    12 oz. cheese, grated (Monterey Jack and/or Cheddar)
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grate cheese and toss with flour, salt and chiles.
    Add beaten eggs and milk.
    Mix.
    Pour into a 7 x 11-inch greased baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0, until brown on top. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
