Eclair Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3.4 oz.) instant French vanilla pudding
    3 c. cold milk
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    box of graham crackers
Preparation
    Butter bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Line pan with whole graham crackers.
    Mix pudding with milk.
    Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Pour half of pudding mixture over crackers.
    Put on second layer of crackers.
    Pour on remaining pudding.
    Add last layer of crackers.
    Refrigerate for two hours.
