Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Muenster cheese, shredded
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach (frozen)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 small onion, chopped or minced
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 frozen pie crusts or use Pillsbury crescent rolls as pie crust
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Drain spinach and add to mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
