Ingredients

2-1/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1-2/3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites
1 c. chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed (about 10)
1 (16 oz.) container vanilla frosting

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.
Line 24 regular size (2-1/2 inch) muffin pan with muffin cup liners.
