Mint Slush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 handfuls of fresh spearmint or peppermint (more the better)
    11 c. water
    5 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Wash mint very well and steep in 3 cups boiling water overnight.
    Boil remaining water with sugar, then add lemon juice. Cool and freeze.
