Baked Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    2 tsp. butter, melted
    2 tsp. all-purpose flour
    2 (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 (12 oz.) Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Saute
    onion
    in
    butter.
    Stir
    in
    flour and cook one minute over low heat, stirring.
    Gradually stir in sour cream, corn
    and salt.
    Cook over medium-low heat.
    Stir until heated (do not boil).
    Stir
    in half bacon; pour corn mixture into a greased shallow
    2\tquart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle remaining bacon on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
