Ingredients

1/2 gal. cider
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. whole cloves
1 whole nutmeg
2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
6 or 8 cinnamon sticks
Preparation

Combine cider and sugar.
Tie cloves and nutmeg in cloth.
Add to cider and bring to boil.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Remove bag and add juices.
Simmer again until heated.
Serve with cinnamon sticks.
Makes 2 1/2 quarts.
